Comprehensive Terms of Use & Liability Disclaimer
1. Proper Installation
All Al-Thor systems must be installed strictly according to the official installation guide provided with the product. Improper installation includes, but is not limited to: using incorrect tools, failing to secure bolts and screws tightly, mounting on unstable or inappropriate surfaces (e.g., crumbling concrete, wet drywall), or ignoring anchoring guidelines. In such cases, Al-Thor assumes no responsibility for damages, injury, or malfunction.
2. Weight Limitations
Every system component has a specific load capacity defined in the product manual. This capacity includes static load only. Examples of misuse include: hanging motorbikes on standard hooks, stacking multiple heavy items beyond load limits, or applying dynamic force (e.g., sudden drops, swinging weight). Exceeding limits voids the warranty and all liability from Al-Thor.
3. Misuse of Product
The wall system is for organizing tools, light equipment, and personal storage in garages, basements, or similar dry, non-commercial environments. It must not be used as a support structure, gym apparatus, climbing frame, or any other load-bearing use not explicitly stated by Al-Thor. Jumping, swinging, or suspending persons or animals from the system constitutes misuse.
4. Regular Inspection and Maintenance
Users are responsible for periodic inspections to ensure fasteners are tight, surfaces remain stable, and the system shows no signs of loosening or stress. Failure to do so may result in component failure.
Environmental factors such as temperature shifts, humidity, or wall movement must also be monitored.
5. Damage to Persons or Property
Al-Thor is not liable for personal injuries (e.g., cuts, falls, impact) or property damage (e.g., damaged cars, broken tiles, scratched walls) due to incorrect usage, failed maintenance, or user modifications. For example, if a tool hook falls and damages a vehicle due to improper installation, Al-Thor bears no responsibility.
6. Unauthorized Modifications
Drilling additional holes, replacing parts with non-Al-Thor components, or altering the structure invalidates the warranty and shifts full liability to the user.
7. Natural Wear and Tear
Minor scratches, dullness, or discoloration on aluminum, ceramics, or hooks from regular use over time are normal and not considered defects. These cosmetic changes do not affect system function and are excluded from warranty claims.
8. Environmental & Structural Considerations
The system must be mounted on structurally sound walls. Walls with moisture issues, loose plaster, or poor anchoring are unsuitable.
User is fully responsible for verifying wall integrity prior to installation.
9. Warranty Scope
Al-Thor offers a product warranty covering material defects and construction flaws under proper use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper storage conditions, or third-party alterations.
10. User Responsibility & Legal Waiver
By purchasing, installing, or using any Al-Thor product, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all above terms. The user waives all legal claims against Al-Thor for incidents resulting from personal error, installation deviation, or improper use.
11. Acceptance
Proceeding with the use of the product indicates acceptance of all terms listed in this disclaimer.
